I’m Kal and I’m a home chef who is passionate about cooking traditional Indian food that is delicious and healthy.
Cooking has always been a huge part of my upbringing; from large family gatherings to times I would be helping my mum in the kitchen preparing family meals. I love to cook for people and I especially love how food brings people together, nourishing both the body and the soul.
As a mum of two beautiful boys, I have a very keen interest in healthier options for ingredients and meal preparation. My goal is to provide traditional Indian home cooked meals but with a health focus for overall better living.
All my dishes are made from scratch and with the highest quality ingredients. I use only free range meat, cook only with olive oil and I use my own special ground spice blend to give you an authentic experience of Indian home cooking.
Making delicious but healthy home cooked meals is my passion and I look forward to sharing the dishes of my culture with you.
