This traditional Cambodian red curry is hugely popular and is similar to a Thai curry but not quite as spicy.  It has deep, rich flavours and is made from chicken breasts or tofu, fresh vegetables and potatoes that are cooked in a beautiful coconut milk broth infused with the flavours of lemongrass, lime leaf and blended herbs and spices. It makes a perfect meal for either lunch or dinner (or for any special occasion) and can be served with rice, vermicelli noodles or bread. It’s cooked fresh and best eaten warm to share with your family at home.


A single portion is designed for one adult. However, if you are a small eater you may have leftovers for the next day.


Chicken/tofu and vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots, green beans), coconut milk, garlic, sugar, fish sauce, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, blended herbs and spices served with steamed rice or vermicelli noodles
