This plant-based curry is so delicious you’ll want to eat it every week. It’s flavour-packed, nutritious and a favourite with children. Chickpeas and cauliflower are cooked in tomato and curry sauce using a special blend of Indian spices. It’s served with basmati rice and wholemeal roti to dip into the sauce.


A single portion is designed for one adult. However, if you are a small eater you may have leftovers for the next day.
